Young Sounds started life in the autumn of 1995, as a small independent record label/publishing company, dedicated to the production of high quality music for children. Most titles feature educational themes, such as Computers, The Universe and Ancient Egypt, so as to enable kids to learn while having FUN! Young Sounds titles have been performed by school choirs, at concerts and inter-school competitions, but can just as easily be used at parties, or purely for kids to sing along to in their bedroom. To date, thirteen titles have been recorded, twelve of which make up an album entitled, "The Young Sounds Collection". The thirteenth track is a Christmas song entitled, "Dear Santa Claus...". The tracks are written, recorded and produced by Julian Field, at Making Tracks Recording Studio, a well equipped facility based in Kent, England.
